Where: Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Garden, Deep Creek Dam Road, Batemans Bay
Venue to meet: Visitor Centre

Join Peter Abbott, author of 'Native Bees of ACT and NSW South Coast', on a guided walk through the Garden to search for native bees on spring flowers.
Discover our bee hotels and native stingless beehive, positioned in garden beds since the black summer bushfires to help re-establish native bee populations in the Garden.
During the walk, you'll learn about:
- the different types of bees we might find in the Garden
- building and maintaining bee hotels
- factors that contribute to the success of our native bees.
If the conditions are right, you might even get to see inside the stingless beehive and observe its workings!
This walk is suitable for all ages.
